End User License Agreement

1. Agreement and parties

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your licensed use of the Tradenova AI mobile application (the “App”). This EULA is between you and FLAGRA B.V. (“FLAGRA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, except as described in the Apple App Store terms and in Section 12 below.

2. License scope

Subject to this EULA and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, FLAGRA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as otherwise permitted by Apple’s usage rules, including Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.

You do not acquire ownership of the App, source code, models, designs, trademarks, or other intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by FLAGRA and its licensors.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or host the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code;
• circumvent subscriptions, entitlement checks, security, or technical limits;
• use the App for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or market-manipulative purposes;
• use automated access, scraping, or overload techniques against our systems.

4. App Store purchases and subscriptions

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, they are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple may handle billing, refunds, taxes, and cancellation flows according to your App Store account settings and Apple’s terms. The App may use entitlement identifiers such as tradenova_ai_weekly, tradenova_ai_monthly, and tradenova_ai_pro.

5. Maintenance and support

FLAGRA is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. For support, contact support@tradenova.app or use the Support page.

6. Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the App, if any, according to Apple’s processes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation for the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a warranty failure are FLAGRA’s responsibility to the extent required by law.

7. Product claims

FLAGRA, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims by you or third parties relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including product liability claims, regulatory claims, consumer protection claims, and claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

8. Intellectual property claims

If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, FLAGRA, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim to the extent required by this EULA and applicable law.

9. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You are responsible for complying with export control, sanctions, financial services, and other laws that apply to your use of the App.

10. Data and third-party services

The App may process data on your device and through service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Some market data, analytics, payment, notification, and platform services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. The App does not execute trades and does not provide personalised investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete copies in your possession or control. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Governing terms

This EULA works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Use about the licensed use of the iOS App, this EULA controls for that license issue. Other product, account, subscription, data, and liability terms remain governed by the Terms of Use and applicable law.
