Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we and our service providers collect and how it is used. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms, except as required to operate the App Store and process payments. You must comply with the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules.

2. The App

Tradenova AI provides tools to photograph or import chart images, run automated (including on-device) analysis, explore market-related data (including prices from third-party public sources), and save certain selections and history on your device. Features may vary by version, region, and platform. The App does not execute trades on your behalf and does not provide personalised, human investment advice.

3. “AI” and automated outputs

The App name and user interface refer to AI in the sense of software-based models, heuristics, and machine-learning or statistical tools — including technology provided by Apple on your device (e.g. on-device Vision / neural features) and, if applicable in a given version, our servers. Outputs (labels, “insights”, or similar) are informational, experimental, and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not a substitute for your own judgment, research, or professional advice. Nothing in the App is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any particular trading strategy.

4. Data, analytics, and third-party services

The App collects and processes data to operate, secure, and improve the product. This may include, for example, in-app event analytics, install and marketing measurement, subscription and entitlement data (via our processors and Apple), push notification infrastructure, and (when you use account or API features) information sent to our systems as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree that we may work with the categories of service providers and for the purposes set out there. If you do not want certain data practices, your remedies may be limited to stopping use of the App, changing device and permission settings, or using rights available in law — see the Privacy Policy and your platform settings.

5. Not financial advice

Nothing in the App or on our websites constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

6. Account and security

Where the App offers account features, credentials may be stored on your device using platform secure storage (Keychain). You are responsible for safeguarding your device and password. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access via the support options listed in the App or on our support page.

7. Subscriptions and payments (App Store)

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). If offered, any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends; unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as described in Apple’s terms.

In-app product identifiers may include: tradenova_ai_weekly, tradenova_ai_monthly, and tradenova_ai_pro. Prices are displayed in the App Store and may change; we do not control Apple’s pricing display.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App to violate law or third-party rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems or third-party APIs;
• misrepresent data or use the App to manipulate markets;
• circumvent subscription or security features.

9. Intellectual property

The App, branding, and content are owned by FLAGRA or its licensors. Except for the limited licence to use the App on your device as permitted by Apple, no rights are granted. Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FLAGRA and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law (including consumer rights in your jurisdiction).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the consumer laws of your country of residence. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
